This yoga is also known as Camel Pose that helps in stretching and strengthening the abdominal organs. Moreover, it also eases the back pain and menstrual cramping.
Paschimottanasana, this hamstring move helps tone up the shoulders and gently massage pelvic organs and abdominal muscles. Stretch and straighten the feet, keep the toes flexed. Raise your arms, breathe in and stretch. On exhaling, start bending from the hip joints and move towards the toes with the chin.
Also known as Cobra Pose, it is a fatigue lessening move since it is similar to a snake with its raised hood. It helps open up the neck, shoulders and tones your abdomen. This asana is quite helpful in respiratory disorders. Lie flat on ground, with toes, stomach and forehead touching the floor and palm pointing downward. Inhale and using your hands lift your upper body off the floor. On exhaling, return to the floor.
