Gall bladder stones Yog
Gallstones, small solid pieces formed in the gall bladder in which the latter stores bile secreted by the liver which in turn promotes digestion and absorb fats and minerals. If bile composition is disturbed then it may result in the inflammation that hampers the bladder lining of the gallstones. Common symptoms of gallstones are pain, nausea which radiates to the clay-coloured stools, upper abdomen, anaemia, pale skin and dizziness.

Shoulder Stand (Sarvangasana)
Shoulder stand or Sarvangasana is an effective yoga pose that cures gallstones. It improves gall bladder functioning and help get rid of gallstones. For doing this asana, lie on the back and keep hands under mid-back. Now lift the lower body and legs in a manner that it is supported by upper back, arms, head and neck.
Locust Pose (Shalabhasana)
Shalabhasana or Locust pose is another yoga pose that help cure gallstones. This asana improves the blood circulation. It activates large, small intestine and enzyme secreting glands and improves gall bladder functioning. In this, you have to lie on your belly and lift the left leg from waist without bending the knee. Stretch the toe and breathe.
Bow Pose (Dhanurasana)
Bow pose or Dhanurasana is helpful for gallbladder and various organ function since it gives therapeutic massage. Again lie on the stomach, slowly reach back to touch the feet with your hands. Slowly pull away with legs; thus making backward curve shape that is alike a bow with legs and upper body lifted off from the floor.
