Ear Infection Yog

Restorative ‘Legs Up the Wall’ Pose de-stresses the mind and body and help reduce ear disorders. Lie on the back with legs stretched up against wall and arms to the sides. Place folded blanket just under the seat and a rolled blanket or towel under the neck curve. Hold this position for at least 5 minutes.
