Keep the upper body supported with the elbows. Raise and straighten the legs until the backs of the legs start touching the wall. Gradually release the elbows and lower the back to the floor.
Savasana or corpse pose
Lie down on the back, with the arms alongside the body. Turn the palms facing upward. Close the eyes, and take deep breaths through the nose.
